Cadillac's comeback

The No. 01 Cadillac faced difficulties early on, with two penalties causing them to lose two laps. However, as the race progressed, the team regained ground, returning to the lead lap. The decisive moment came when Renger van der Zande overtook Nick Tandy's No. 6 Porsche in Turn 1, with only 15 minutes left in the race. Despite issues with the car's lights, Cadillac held the lead and won the race by 2.948 seconds.

Porsche consolidates its title

Third place was enough for Porsche, with its No. 7 963 model, to clinch the drivers', teams', and manufacturers' championships in the GTP category. After a season of strong results, the team ends the year with this achievement.

Tight competition in GTD and GTD Pro

In the GTD category, Albert Costa Balboa drove the Conquest Racing Ferrari 296 GT3 to victory after overtaking Loris Spinelli in a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2. The battle between the two drivers remained close until the final moments, but Costa Balboa managed to stay ahead and crossed the finish line in first place.

In GTD Pro, the Iron Lynx team's Lamborghini Huracán, driven by Jordan Pepper, took the race victory, but the focus was on the championship battle. Ross Gunn, driving an Aston Martin Vantage GT3, needed to finish second to secure the title, but he couldn't overtake Daniel Serra's Ferrari, allowing the No. 77 Porsche of AO Racing to win the championship by a narrow four-point margin.
