Lancia announced Yohan Rossel and Nikolay Gryazin as the official drivers for Team Lancia Corse HF in its 2026 WRC2 program. Both will drive the Lancia Ypsilon Rally2 HF Integrale starting from the Rallye Monte-Carlo on January 22-25.

Rossel was the 2025 WRC2 runner-up with Citroën and has won Monte Carlo in WRC2 for the last three years (2023, 2024, 2025). Gryazin won the 2025 WRC2 Challenger championship. This lineup confirms that Lancia is aiming for immediate results, not just a symbolic return after 32 years out of the WRC.

PH Sport, which operated the Citroën C3 Rally2 program with the Rossel brothers in 2025, will now handle the operations for Team Lancia Corse HF. This move confirms the restructuring of Rally2 programs within Stellantis that we anticipated in November. Citroën redirected its support to Formula E after Maserati left the electric series.

Three Consecutive Monte Carlo Wins

Rossel has competed exclusively with Stellantis Group cars throughout his career. He was champion of the Citroën Racing Trophy in 2016, French champion in 2019, and WRC3 world champion in 2021. His three Monte Carlo victories were all achieved with the Citroën C3 Rally2 operated by PH Sport, the same team now managing Lancia.

"This new chapter will give a real boost to my career: a new manufacturer, great ambitions, and the desire to go even further with the project to win," stated Rossel.

Gryazin was the ERC Junior champion in 2018 and the WRC2 Challenger runner-up in 2023 and 2024 before winning the title in 2025. Both drivers competed together at DG Sport with the Citroën C3 Rally2 during 2024.

Didier Clément will serve as the Team Manager for Team Lancia Corse HF. "We needed drivers capable of fighting for victory in every rally," explained Clément. "Our two crews are complete and complementary."

Lancia reported over 40 orders for the Ypsilon Rally2 HF Integrale to compete in international and national championships before its official debut. Yacco and Sparco are backing the official WRC2 program.
