Racing Bulls has revealed the special livery that Isack Hadjar and Liam Lawson will use at the United States Grand Prix. The VCARB 02 will feature a pearlescent black pattern with amber tortoiseshell tones, abandoning the team's traditional white scheme for the event at the Circuit of the Americas.
The design replicates the aesthetic of the Cash App Tortoise Card, the customizable Visa debit card from the title sponsor. The marbled pattern extends to both drivers' race suits and the full team uniform throughout the weekend in Austin.
In 2024, VCARB also collaborated with Warner Brothers during the release of the Twister movie, incorporating elements from the film into their branding.
Campaign with Shaboozey
Cash App launched a short film directed by Alex Russell featuring musician Shaboozey alongside comedian Caleb Pressley. The piece shows them in a restaurant exchanging jokes about tortoise-patterned accessories before the race. The video concludes with Shaboozey paying the bill using his Cash App Tortoise Card.
"I was thrilled to launch this card earlier this year and now seeing it come to life on an F1 car is electric. Cash App always takes its collaborations to the next level," said the artist.
Shaboozey gained prominence in 2024 when his song "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" tied the record for longevity at number one on the Billboard Hot 100. He also participated in two tracks on Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter album and received five Grammy nominations.
Zack Ashley, Head of Global Brand Partnerships at Cash App, explained: "The Tortoise Card livery brings Cash App's energy to the track. It's bold, expressive, and rooted in culture, just like our customers."
The replica team kit with the tortoise design is now available at the Red Bull Shop.
