McLaren Automotive and United Autosports have unveiled the refreshed look of their cars for the 2025 season of the FIA World Endurance Championship. With a color combination that further enhances the brand’s signature Papaya tone, the British team aims to strengthen its performance in the LM GT3 category after its first competitive year.

The two McLaren GT3 EVO cars, bearing numbers 59 and 95, continue to pay tribute to McLaren’s historic victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1995. For this new campaign, the driver lineup has been adjusted to enhance the team's performance throughout the championship’s eight rounds.

An evolution in design and driver lineup

The new livery emphasizes the aerodynamic lines of the McLaren GT3 EVO with a more prominent use of Papaya. Elements such as the front splitter, hood, and rear wing have been redesigned in this shade, along with sections of the side and rear diffuser, highlighting the cockpit shape from a top-down view.

Regarding the driver lineup, car #59 retains James Cottingham and Gregoire Saucy, who finished ninth overall in 2024, now joined by Sébastien Baud. Meanwhile, #95 will feature Marino Sato, Darren Leung, and Sean Gelael. Leung, an experienced competitor with titles in GT World Challenge and British GT, joins Gelael, who enters his fifth WEC season after securing four wins in the series, including one alongside Leung last year.
