Carlos Castillo Sansabas
My connection to motorsport began in the late 1990s in Mexico, attending national series such as Copa McCormick and Copa Roshfrans in Chihuahua, as well as local dirt track racing as a spectator. At a time when access to specialized content was limited, I followed the sport through newspapers and magazines, where my interest in photography also began.
Over time, I moved into event coverage, and in 2023 I received my first accreditation at the World Rally Championship as a contributor for Lapeando. Since then, I have worked trackside focused on photography and editorial content, covering categories such as WRC, Formula E, NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Mexico, WEC and IndyCar, both in Mexico and internationally.
