In the first race of the NASCAR Mexico playoffs, Xavi Razo, from Prime Sports- Marketing & Advertising- JV Motorsports, took the victory at the Querétaro racetrack. This win secures his spot in the next phase, which will take place in Puebla on October 13.

The competition at the Ecocentro was dynamic, with several changes in the lead. Irwin Vences started strong, but an error sent him to the back of the pack. Other competitors, like Alex de Alba Jr., also fought to stay at the front. Several yellow flags and a red flag were caused by Regina Sirvent’s engine failure, which left oil on the track.

Razo commented on the great work by his team and how they took advantage of the restarts to gain an edge. Now, they are focusing on the next race in Puebla, where he hopes to continue performing well.
