On August 17, the Haciendo Historia Championship continued at Aquiles Speedway Park with the sixth round, the "Gran Premio Autopartes 59." The attendance was good, and although the activities were scheduled to start at 6:00 pm, a two-hour delay caused by the late arrival of some drivers affected the event's schedule.
The first to hit the track were the participants of the V8 Estándar category, who completed a qualifying session to determine the starting grid. Xavier Guerrero (#44) had set the provisional fastest time but was penalized for completing an extra lap after the checkered flag, relegating him to the back of the grid. Gustavo Pérez (#18) also faced issues, as he couldn't set a time due to technical problems with the timing system, leaving him at the back of the grid.

The Modificada category was also scheduled to qualify, but due to the previous delays, the session was canceled, and the cars started according to the order they were supposed to qualify. This decision also affected other aspects of the program, such as the cancellation of the ceremonial start with the national anthem, a tradition established this year.
The track was in excellent condition at the beginning of the event, but as the categories progressed, a groove began to form in turns 1 and 2, posing an additional challenge for the final races of the night.

Armendáriz managed to recover to third place in just two laps, while Iván Moreno (#444) and Agustín Chavira Jr. (#01) battled for the top positions.
