Chadwick joined open-wheel racing in the United States in 2023, becoming the first woman to compete full-time in the INDY NXT series in 13 years. During her rookie season, she achieved five top-10 finishes. In 2024, she secured a podium at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and a victory from pole position at Road America, making her the first woman to achieve these milestones on a road or street course in the series.

Drivers like Colton Herta, Kyle Kirkwood, and Marco Andretti have advanced through Andretti's INDY NXT program.
