The event was not easy for Majeski, who faced a penalty for a restart violation on lap 50. This sent him to the back of the field, but his tenacity led him to recover and eventually take the lead. The driver of the No. 98 Ford for ThorSport Racing, known for his performance on the track last year, once again showed his capability by leading the final 56 laps and crossing the finish line 4.129 seconds ahead of Christian Eckes.

Majeski commented on the incident that sent him to the back of the group: "Obviously, I made a small mistake. It was probably a close call on that restart. I had to work hard to recover. When you make a mistake as a driver, you drive a bit harder to make up for it. But these guys backed me up with incredible pit stops."

The result of the TSport 200 also had implications for the playoff standings. With this victory, Majeski secured his place in the postseason. Tanner Gray, who finished in twentieth position, took the tenth playoff-eligible spot, displacing Daniel Dye, who finished twenty-seventh after an unscheduled pit stop on lap 81.

Corey Heim, one of the main contenders, finished seventeenth after an incident with Eckes that caused a flat tire. This contact forced Heim to make an early pit stop, affecting his performance in the final stages. Heim and Eckes had a heated discussion in the pits after the race.
