Desafío Ruta 40 YPF Infinia 2024: Stage 3

In the Desafío Ruta 40 YPF Infinia 2024, part of the FIA-FIM World Rally-Raid Championships, competitors showed outstanding performance in various categories. Here is a summary of the victories and the overall standings.

Cars

Seth Quintero achieved his first victory of the week, beating Nasser Al Attiyah and Yazeed Al Rajhi. Al Rajhi remains the leader of the general classification, followed by Al Attiyah and Lucas Moraes of Toyota Gazoo Racing. Quintero also secured his second victory in the Ultimate category, with a 1 minute and 9 seconds advantage over Al Attiyah and 2 minutes and 7 seconds over Al Rajhi.

Challenger

Rokas Baciuska, from the Can-Am Factory team, lost his first race of the week, but still leads the overall classification. Nicolas Cavigliasso won his first race in the W2RC, followed by Marcelo Gastaldi and Dania Akeel.

SSV

In the SSV category, Ricardo Ramilo regained the lead with a decisive victory, beating Enrico Gastaldi and Sebastian Guayasamin. Ramilo now leads the classification, closely followed by Gastaldi and Guayasamín.

Tomorrow's Stage

The caravan heads to La Rioja, covering 676 kilometers, of which 412 are special stages. According to Pablo Eli, race director, the stage will include various terrains, from dunes to technical roads similar to WRC.
