Andretti Global has confirmed that it will continue its partnership with Porsche Motorsport through Season 12 of the FIA Formula E World Championship. This agreement extends a fruitful collaboration, allowing Andretti to continue benefiting from Porsche's technology and expertise with its 99X Electric model.

Since the beginning of their cooperation in Season 9, the team has achieved a Drivers' World Championship, three race wins, 15 podium finishes, and five fastest laps, accumulating a total of 365 points under the Andretti banner. Together, the Porsche and Andretti teams have scored 209 points in the newly created Manufacturers' Trophy, with the German manufacturer currently leading this category.

Michael Andretti, Chairman and CEO of Andretti Global, emphasized the importance of this collaboration: "From day one, our goal has been to win races and championships, and thanks to Porsche, we have achieved both. With the success achieved with the GEN3 car, we are excited about the possibilities with the GEN3 Evo."

The relationship between Andretti and Porsche dates back well before the announcement of their collaboration in the GEN3, starting in 1983 when Mario and Michael Andretti competed at Le Mans in a Porsche 956. Currently, Andretti is in third place in the Teams' Championship, with the reigning Drivers' World Champion, Jake Dennis, just 13 points behind the leader.

Roger Griffiths, Principal of the Andretti team, highlighted the special relationship with Porsche: "We have built a unique relationship both on and off the tracks, and we have enjoyed great success together. We look forward to sharing more victories in the future."

Thomas Laudenbach, Vice President of Porsche Motorsport, and Florian Modlinger, Director of Porsche Factory Motorsport for Formula E, both reaffirmed the value of this partnership. According to Laudenbach, the joint work in multiple areas has been key, while Modlinger is optimistic about entering the GEN3 Evo era thanks to this solid collaboration.
