Salvador de Alba Jr. extends his undefeated streak in the Roshfrans Super Cup 2025

The third round of the Roshfrans Super Cup 2025, held at the Autódromo de Querétaro, solidified Salvador de Alba Jr. as the undisputed leader in the Gran Turismo México (GTM) Pro 1 category, with consecutive victories keeping him undefeated this season.

Dominant performance by Salvador de Alba Jr.

From the qualifying sessions, De Alba Jr. showed his dominance by securing pole position for both weekend races. In the first competition, he maintained the lead throughout the 40-minute race, crossing the finish line in first place. The second race followed a similar pattern, with De Alba Jr. leading from start to finish, thus claiming his sixth consecutive victory of the season and solidifying his position in the Pro 1 category championship.

Santiago Tovar achieves his first victory of the year

At the same event, Santiago Tovar secured his first season win in the GTM category. Starting from second position, Tovar executed an effective strategy that allowed him to cross the finish line in first place.

Results in the Pro 2 category

Alfredo Mena had an outstanding performance in the Pro 2 division, securing a podium by finishing in second place in the second race of the event. The car driven by Jaime Guzmán and Koke de la Parra experienced technical issues that affected their performance in both competitions. Guzmán, who was in leading positions, had to retire from the first race due to a traction control system failure. Meanwhile, De la Parra couldn't participate in the second competition as the team failed to repair the vehicle in time.

Next stop in León, Guanajuato

With three rounds completed, the Roshfrans Super Cup 2025 heads to León, Guanajuato, where the next round will take place from June 6-8. Salvador de Alba Jr. will look to extend his winning streak.
